Individual therapy may be the only resource you need for a life of sobriety.

Individual therapy for drug and alcohol addiction is highly specialized. This treatment allows a client the opportunity to work one-on-one with experts in the field of addiction and mental health. Therapy has been proven to be a crucial part of recovery.

Our therapists and experts will develop a unique treatment plan that addresses your specific issues. The plan identifies skills and activities to maintain sobriety and support ongoing recovery and healing.

This 1:1 therapy may be all you need to begin a life of sobriety.

Interventions interrupt addictive behaviors and help get your loved one the help they need.

Substance abuse intervention involves helping your loved one who might not be ready to commit to rehabilitation. A trained, professional interventionist works with families on what to do and say as well as what not to do and say. This helps interrupt addictive behaviors through education, guidance, boundary setting, and effective communication.

A dry run is performed first with family and friends; then, the intervention takes place with the addict afterward. Interventions serve to accomplish the ultimate goal of stopping the addictive process and getting your loved one the help they need.

Recovery Coaching: You’ve gained a partner.

This one-on-one approach helps clients map out their unique recovery plan. Trained recovery coaches help their clients discover their motivations for getting and staying sober. For that reason, the client-coach relationship is considered a partnership. Clients work with coaches to develop goals and action steps necessary for maintaining long-term recovery. The coaches in turn provide accountability and positive, affirming support along the way.
